* Who designs the handbags?
All items are designed by Ms. Stylesse, and are proudly made in the USA.

* How can I make a purchase?
When you see an item you would like to purchase, just click the "Add to Cart” button and it will be placed in your PayPal shopping cart. You do not need a PayPal account – just follow the instructions from there on from PayPal.

All purchases are securely processed by PayPal. Your personal information is only used for your order. After credit card authorization is received and your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and when your item is sent, you will receive a shipping notification email. If an item is backordered, we will email you to notify you of the expected delivery date.

* What types of payments do you accept?
We accept online orders through PayPal. PayPal allows users with an email address to send payments online securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively. It's free to send your payment through PayPal and you don’t need to setup an account. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.


If you prefer sending your payment by mail, you can do so as well. Email us the order to: info (at) stylesse.com and we can take it from there. Items will be shipped after the check clears, this could take up to 7 days. Should the check be returned, a $30.00 fee will be assessed.
Be sure to include instructions on which item you'd like to order, your mailing address, email address, and phone number. (Please do not send payment until we’ve cleared the order through email).

* Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are available upon request. A custom order fee may be applied to the cost of the item and the actual price may vary depending on the adjustments made. Contact us with your order request. Be sure to include the name of the item(s) you wish to customize and what changes you wish to be made, if any.

We will send you a price quote for the cost of the customized item(s). You can then confirm whether you want the item(s) made and send payment. If you desire several of the same item (for bridal party, etc), please contact us to determine whether or not the item(s) you desire are available in quantity. Please note that custom orders may take up to 4 weeks.

* When can I expect my item(s)?
After payment is cleared, please allow 2-3 days to prepare item(s) for shipment. After that allow 3-5 days for USPS delivery. You will be notified by email if your item(s) are on backorder. If you need the item(s) sooner, please email us prior to placing your order.

* What are my shipping options?
We ship our items via the U.S. Postal Service, unless otherwise specified by the customer via email, prior to placing an order. If you are interested in another option, please contact us for more information on rates.

Please note: orders must be delivered to a street address. We currently do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and the following countries: Nigeria, Russia, Indonesia, Egypt and Thailand. Estimated transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

* What is your return policy? Can I exchange an item?
Stylesse wants you to be happy with your purchase. Although we do not offer refunds to credit cards or in cash, if you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange the item in new, unused condition for exchange (less shipping charges) within 21 days of the date received. Please email us at info (at) stylesse.com to obtain an exchange authorization number and the address to where you should send your item(s). No exchange will be processed without an exchange authorization.

Be sure to safely pack the item, and upon receipt we will mail your new item. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the following reasons: product appears used or no longer in its original condition, the exchange is beyond the allowed timeframe, or the return is sent without a receipt. 

All special orders, sale items, and Grab Bag items are final sale; no returns are accepted on custom items. Note - Stylette Apparel & Accessories, Inc. and Stylesse.com are not responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered packages.

* Is there sales tax?
A sales tax of 8.625% will only be applied to orders shipped within the state of New York.

* What about repairs?
We hope you never need them! Quality and customer satisfaction are of utmost concern to us, and we stand behind the quality of all our products. If the problem is the result of a manufacturing defect, we will happily handle the repair free of charge. Please contact us for further assistance. Turnaround time for repairs is typically 4-6 weeks.
